I have been riding in the area of Grizzly Lodge for approximately 20 years long before the lodge ever existed it is an endless area of riding and if you keep exploring you can ride for days on end never cover your same tracks twice . I've been very fortunate to spend nights at the Grizzly Lodge spanning back to when it was just 6 of us in the whole lodge on New Years to being there last April when it was fully staffed along with 26 + guests . In all that time Adam and his crew have never lost the passion and care for each and every person that walks through the doors , the food and hospitality is something that you will never forget and will talk about whenever your stay comes up in conversation . In my honest opinion Grizzly Lodge is something that every sledder should put on their bucket list. Two thumbs up to Adam, Tim , Rachel ,Camille and the crew.

Probably The best vacation I've ever been on. If there was a way to give a better rating than a five star for every aspect of this establishment I would do it. All of the staff are absolutely fantastic and work around the clock like a well oiled machine. Everybody shares roles and just gets things done. The food is top notch-honestly i couldn't have asked for anything better including the prepared lunches for the mountain. Our group is from New England so we are primarily flatland riders but our guide " little" Ben gradually guided us to increasingly harder technical areas over 3 days. He was a fantastic guide instructing/ leading us to mountain tops and chutes that i would have never thought to climb. Very professional and one HELL of a rider, we could've watched him all day. There is Something at Grizzly Lodge for everybody no matter what their mountain riding capability is- trust me. The owner was in the house during our stay and i gotta say hats off to him and the managers for executing their vision of what a mountain riding snowmobile experience should be. The only regret I have is not Going out there 20 yrs ago. Great work everyone. Thank you Darren Rockwood, Maine

I just returned from a sledding trip at Grizzly Lodge in BC. Our stay was nothing short of incredible. Our hosts, Tom and Lisa, were welcoming, accomodating and made us feel right at home. The facility was simply amazing. The huge hot tub felt so good after a long day riding, and the sauna was even better. Drinks and appies were served before dinner by the ever-cheerful Violet and then a stunning dinner was served. That night we enjoyed drinks and good times in the lounge before getting a good night's sleep in the warm and cozy lodge room. The next morning we enjoyed an awesome breakfast and picked up our packed lunch before getting out into the alpine to ride again in the most incredible terrain BC has to offer. Grizzly Lodge is AMAZING and I can't wait to go back! Highly recommended! Please take us back next year!

This is the place if you go, you will remember even after years! Can you imagine staying at a place where after your day trip, you get home and a welcoming bonfire is waiting for you? Whether you want to be by yourself or be with other fellow travelers, You will find your peace. I have never been to a place like this. The room? It had a character, it is an old place, and Chase is doing a great job to renovate, remodel and bring up the pace to a high standard. Chase? He is the best landlord. He showed his flexibility and care in numerous ways from the time we wanted to book the room until we checked out! He did not have a room when we called, but he promised to call back if there would be a cancellation and he did! I have no idea where we had slept if he didn't call back! Then he worked out our concerns with the room above our expectations. Talking with him, you will feel he is not doing it for the money - to strip you. He is doing it form the calling of his soul. So if you want a "soulful" place, this is where you should go. (I am writing this review almost a year later of our stay! I promised him to give a great review about the Grizzly Lodge. I left the booking confirmation in my email, and I have time to do it only now. I still remember everything, even his name; that says something, right?) Heni

Best stay at Canmore. The service is great. The room has everything that one needs. Keep it up. The big dinner table for a group is wonderful for more people. The host's communication was precise and great!

Had the pleasure of staying at Grizzly Lodge in early February and had such an amazing stay. The lodge is easy to get to, and really well set up, with a big hot tub, sauna and a common area with a pool table, super comfortable lounger chairs, TV and bar. Great gear drying room downstairs, well organised with a lot of space for everyones stuff to hang and dry out - it doesn't sound like much, but this really is a standout feature. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is really good and lots of it - you won't go hungry! The staff are what brings it all together in a very special way. Super welcoming and accommodating, they go out of their way to make everything perfect. There is a shop in case you need anything (gloves, goggle, beacons, etc), and you can get fuel on site. The terrain is epic, you won't lack for anything you're looking for. Highly recommend!
